Returns and Refunds
We aim to satisfy you with all the products or services we are offering through our network and therefore we fully comply with the unquestioned 7 days return policy (details below).
Cancellations
We reserve the unrestricted right to cancel any order at any stage. If such extreme scenario arises you are going to be reimbursed at the extent of the value of the canceled order.
7 days return policy
Any order can be canceled within 7 days from the delivery date, no questions asked. The cancellation of the order has to be initiated via email or from our online store (from your account).
Return policy limitations
The returns and refunds are bound to the following exceptions:
- No item can be returned if the original sealed package has been open or if the product has been used.
- If the cancellation occurs before dispatching of the order, a full refund will be given minus any charges incurred by us due to the banking operations (billing and then refunding your card).
- If the order was dispatched, the refund will be done after our company will receive the product and the full shipping cost will be deducted as detailed in the invoice, even if it was waved partially or in full at the time of the purchase, along with the associated banking cost.
- If goods have been dispatched by courier and you fail to pick the parcel up and therefore it is returned to us and you are canceling afterwards your order, any additional charges incurred by us from our courier firm along with the bank charges will be deducted from your refund.
- If the defective items are found working after the return, the redelivery is going to be done at the expense of the customer or the sale is going to be canceled and the applicable charges (shipping and banking) are going to be deducted in full.
Accepting orders and security
Before accepting your order we may use any information available to confirm your identity and protect both the store and the customers from any fraudulent transactions.
Once the order is accepted you will receive a confirmation email.

Delivery
The delivery address for the first order you make has to match the billing address specified for the given payment method (Credit Card, Paypal, etc). The subsequent orders can be delivered to any address at your choice.
We are striving to deliver all items within the time scales given, however we cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by the selected third-party carriers.
We will not be hold responsible for any losses resulting from your usage or inability to use this website. This includes fraudulent access to, or alteration of transactions or information provided which is not within our control.
We will not be responsible for any loss of your profits, business or costs incurred or any other losses which have not been caused directly by us.

Printing & Pricing Errors
We are doing our best to have competitive prices, however, if an incorrect price is going to be listed due to any technical error or due to any unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right of refusing or cancelling any order containing such erroneous price, irrespective of its status. If you have been charged before such action, you are going to be reimbursed according to the charged amount.
The images displayed are adapted for the web and our company cannot be held responsible for any difference between the color or texture of the actual product and the one displayed in any of the materials distributed (websites, catalogs, brochures, etc).
Please also note that due to natural variations in the materials used for our flies, variations in the dyeing process, and individual tying styles, flies purchased may differ slightly from the photographs on the web site.

Voucher Codes
Voucher and coupon codes are the discount code we offer to particular groups of customers or legal entities. Each of those codes has a unique expiry date and is not valid beyond that date.
The corresponding discounts:

- Cannot be used on any product line which has already been discounted, unless explicitly specified

Free Gifts
Our Company may offer free gift promotions linked to additional products and services. In the event that you wish to return or cancel such purchase, then the free gift must be returned to us at the same time.
Complaints
We try very hard to provide high quality customer service however at times we might fail to achieve that. In such unfortunate circumstances we will take all the necessary steps to shield you from any harm or loss.
